Purchase
Shopping in Dr. Electronics online is easy and fun. You find the product you are interested in, you click on "Add to Cart" and the procuct will be added in your shopping cart.
If, for some reason, you wish to cancel or alter the selected product in your shopping cart, you can just delete or correct it.
You can also give your order by telephone, just dial +30-210-6400100, from Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 17:00. The orders received during week-ends or holidays, are served the next working day.
Payment
In Dr. Electronics online you have the following payment options:
1. Credit card VISA & MASTERCARD issued by any bank.
Your credit card will be charged as soon as the shipping procedure starts.
The shipping cost will be charged to your credit card.
2. Bank deposit:

The order is shipped after we receive by fax (+30-210 6451791) the deposit receipt in one of the above mentioned bank accounts.
For your convenience, please always state the name of the depositor and the order number
3. Cash on delivery, by the Greek Post (ELTA)
You will receive your order from the postal office in your area, where you will also pay for the products and the shipping cost.
4. Shipment by Courier
Please call or visit a courier office in your area and give a purchase order (by stating our company address, the product you wish to receive and the cost). The courier service will visit us in the day, will pick up your order and will deliver it to you the next day.
DR. Electronics online guarantees the security of your transactions. Moreover, in DR. Electronics online you have the option to request an invoice. Invoices are issued to companies and private employees, provided that they fill in the follwing details during their order: Company name, AFM, DOY and profession.
The product prices inlcude a 19% VAT.
Returns
DR. Electronics online accepts returns of products within 5 days from the day they were received, provided that the product is unused, and included in its authentic packaging, which should be closed. The return cost is chargeable to the customer. |
