The Goggles RE are fully compatible with the DJI Spark, Mavic Pro, Inspire 2 and Phantom 4 Series.

With a new colour and design, and a lot more functionality, the Goggles RE are made for FPV drone racing without boundaries. The Goggles RE are compatible with the new OcuSync video transmission module and a high-performance camera module. This results in digital video transmission with a latency as low as 50ms as well as analogue. The Goggles can be used with a range of DJI drones or the camera can be mounted on a huge number of third-party vehicles and aircraft. The Goggles RE feature the same dual 1080p HD screens as the original Goggles and can still be used with a HDMI input for a unique viewing experience

The OcuSync camera module has a 1/3” image sensor for high-resolution video transmission. This provides better video transmission than the traditional analogue FPV solutions currently available.

A 148° FOV coupled with a low-distortion lens provides users with a wide yet natural looking view. A global shutter is also available to reduce the effect of a rolling shutter caused by high-frequency vibration which is common at high speeds.

Pilots are also able to record their flights for later analysis and sharing in multiple video formats.

Unfortunately, pictures cannot be taken directly with the camera, however, a built-in screenshot function is available.

Users of the Goggles RE can control flight settings, the gimbal and flight data, enhancing controls required for drone racing. The Goggles can be connected to either a DJI aircraft or a third-party controller due to their bottom-up processing system. The aircraft can then be controlled whilst maintaining a FPV.

The Goggles RE also feature an on-screen display. This shows vital flight information for FPV racing including transmission resolution, battery level and aircraft signal quality. Like with the original DJI Goggles, the gimbal can be controlled in the Head Tracking Mode allowing huge levels of control over the aircraft.

HEAD TRACKING

Your head movements control both aircraft yaw and camera tilt in Head Tracking Flight mode as with remote controller sticks. All you need to dois turn left or right to yaw left or right, and straighten your head to stop turning. In Head Tracking Gimbal mode only the gimbal will move without affecting yaw.
